Argus Studio · effective October 11, 2026 (previous versions: October 10 and October 4, 2026)

1. Who operates Argus Studio

Argus Studio is a private tool operated by Theophannes Abdon de Peixoto Santos (Theo Peixoto), an independent developer, to research topics, organize production and publish videos on the operator's own channels — currently AGGATA DJ, Luz Narela and One Lamp Upstairs, plus the operator's own documentary channels in preparation. This website provides information and contact details; it does not offer accounts to other people and is not a public channel-management service.

Argus Studio was previously named Viral Flow — Pipeline; it is the same system, run by the same person, on the devargus.com domain.

Privacy and data contact: theopeixoto@gmail.com.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

Argus Studio uses YouTube API Services. When you use the features that access YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) apply.

YouTube API Services are used to: (a) read information from, and upload or update videos on, the operator's own channels with OAuth authorization (YouTube Data API); (b) read statistics and reports for the operator's own channels through the YouTube Analytics API, with the channel owner's authorization; and (c) look up public channel and video information for editorial research on topics and competition, as described in section 4.

3. Data handled and purpose

Depending on the features and permissions actually used, Argus Studio may handle:

This data is used to research topics, plan, create, render, organize and store video materials and, when authorized by the operator, to query channels or prepare and upload content to YouTube. Argus Studio does not collect personal data about the channels' viewers.

4. Research with public YouTube data

To study topics and competition, Argus Studio uses the YouTube Data API to look up public information about third-party channels and videos: identifiers, channel names, titles, dates, duration, declared language and public statistics (such as views and subscribers). Lookups use a project API key, without accessing accounts, private data or sessions of third-party channels, and without scraping web pages.

5. Google Drive and access scope

Drive access happens through the Google OAuth permissions granted to the tool. The requested scope may be broad; working only in specific folders is an operational rule and does not, by itself, reduce the technical reach of the permission granted by Google. The operator limits the work to the folders and files defined for production.

Files may be transferred between Drive and production systems controlled by the operator for preparation, rendering, verification and upload. Working media may remain temporarily on the operator's PC or server (VPS).

6. Storage, protection and sharing

OAuth credentials and working materials are kept in protected configuration on computers and private servers controlled by the operator, with access limited to the authorized routines. Argus Studio does not request or store the Google account password. Google also processes data according to the products and permissions chosen by the operator.

Data from Google APIs is not sold, rented, used for advertising or sent to train foundation models or general-purpose LLMs. Sharing with Google Drive, YouTube or Calendar happens only when needed by the authorized feature. There is no sharing with third parties for advertising or data brokerage.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

7. Website delivery and Cloudflare Web Analytics

The public pages are delivered through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's CDN. To route and deliver the pages and run zone features that are enabled, Cloudflare may process technical request metadata such as IP address, requested URL, routing information and browser/system configuration, according to the services used and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

In the response currently served by the domain, Cloudflare injects two resources: the email obfuscation script, which hides the contact address from automated harvesters and reveals it to the visitor when needed, and the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon at static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js. These resources are added by Cloudflare's delivery layer; they are not authored code in this site's static source files.

The beacon uses browser performance APIs and may send technical loading and experience metrics, plus landing page and referrer information, to the domain's measurement endpoint /cdn-cgi/rum. Cloudflare's documentation states that the Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies or browser storage. This website sets no first-party cookies. Details: about Cloudflare Web Analytics and RUM beacon privacy.

8. Retention and deletion

Data obtained through the YouTube Data API is kept for no more than 30 days and is then deleted or refreshed, except where expressly allowed by YouTube's policies (such as analytics reports for the operator's own channels, with the owner's authorization still in effect). Production materials are kept while they are needed for production, publishing, operational recovery or compliance with applicable obligations.

To request deletion of data held by the operator, send a message to theopeixoto@gmail.com identifying the Google account and the files or data involved. Requests are handled manually: the operator may confirm identity and scope before locating and removing what is under the operator's control.

Deleting data or revoking an authorization does not automatically delete copies already stored or videos already published. To remove content from YouTube, also use the account/channel controls. Data still held by Google follows Google's own policies.

9. How to revoke Google access

The account owner can review and remove the access granted to Argus Studio at any time on the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, Argus Studio can no longer access that account's data. Revocation does not replace a request to delete copies already held by the operator (section 8).

10. Updates

This page describes the intended use and current operations. If the purpose, data types or integrations change, this policy will be updated before any new, incompatible use. This publication does not represent approval, audit or verification by Google or YouTube. If the Portuguese and English versions differ, both describe the same practices; contact the operator for clarification.
